Cook bacon and set to the side-I use my microwave for the bacon. Mix all ingredients except the mushrooms,bacon and the buns. Form into 8 equal sized patties. Fry in skillet on medium high heat until center is not pink-mine take 4-5 minutes per side but this time may vary. In a separate pan fry mushrooms until softened. Top buns with patty,bacon and mushrooms.
