The ingredients for Spanish Noodles are:

1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
8 ounces 90% lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 3/4 cups stewed tomatoes
1 cup macaroni, uncooked
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
1 tablespoon bacon bits or 1 serving fried, crumbled turkey bacon

Here is how you make Spanish Noodles:

Add oil to skillet. Add the onion and cook a minute or so. Add the ground beef; cook til meat is done. Add all ingredients but bacon to skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and cook for about 30 minutes more. Stir occasionally.
