Mix all ingrerdients well in a blender. Preheat skillet or griddle on medium heat with non stick cooking spray. Place 1/2 cup mixture into pan and cook pancake. Flip when bubbles are all over the entire surface of the pancake. These stick a lot easier than normal pancakes so scrape all sides quickly before flipping, it also helps to wet the spatula with water before flipping.
