Lightly coat an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick spray.In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well.In a large bowl, combine enchilada sauce, corn, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, and sour cream; set aside.Heat saucepan over medium high heat.
