2 Large Colored Bell Peppers
1 Medium Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic (peeled)
1 Jalapeno Pepper
2.5 Cups of Wheat Pasta


How Do I Make Brat and Peppers Pasta?

Here is how you make Brat and Peppers Pasta:

This dish makes five servings. I use half a cup of pasta, one brat link, and add the other ingredients. Boil water for the pasta, once boiled add pasta and cook accordingly. Cook the package of brats on Medium Heat in a Skillet or Frying pan. Coat the pan with Pam cooking oil. While the Brats are cooking cut up the Onions/Peppers into large chunks and set aside. Slice the Jalapenos and Garlic also. When the Brats are halfway done cooking, add in the garlic and onions. Once the Brats are close to being done add in the peppers until they are cooked, but still crisp. Mixe everything together. Do not over cook. On Plate: Take 0.5 cup of pasta, one brat link (cut up into bit size pieces) and mixture of peppers/onion. Sprinkle a bit of Parmasan cheese for taste. Enjoy!
