Boil three italian sausage until firm and cooked through when done cooking slice into medalions and set aside. Cook pasta as per directions on box during the last five minutes of cooking spray a pan with non stick spray and brown the medalians of sausage once browned add spinach to slightly wilt. In separate sauce pan melt butter and add garlic. When the pasta is cooked drain thoroughly then add all ingrediants together and sprinkling the parmesean on top.
