1 lb. steak, cooked & thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper
1/2 large onion
1 T. butter
1/2 c. Garlic Aioli
3 oz. provolone cheese


How Do I Make Philly Pockets?

Here is how you make Philly Pockets:

Prepare steak for sandwiches. Make or thaw dough. Slice bell pepper and onion thinly. Saute onions in butter just until they start to soften, add bell peppers. Finish caramelizing onions and brighten peppers. (don't over do it). Make pockets: Divide dough in half. Roll each half into 1/4" thick rectangle. Cut each rectangle in 6 square/rectangular pieces. Spread 1-2 tsp. aioli on dough, leaving 1/2" border all around. Add 1.5 oz. steak, 1/12 bell peppers & onions. Top with 1/4 oz. provolone. Bring corners of dough up over the fillings to seal closed. Press firmly. Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until tops are golden.
