When brown, reduce heat to low and add 2 cans cream of mushroom soup & 1/4 C. sour cream and let simmer 5 min. until heated through. Put hamburger mixture in a 13 X 9 casserole dish and top with corn and then mashed potatoes and then cheddar cheese. Cover with foil and bake in 400 degree oven for 30 mins.
