Preheat oven to 375 degrees.chop and sautee onions over med.heat. Add ground beef and cook until brown, drain. Add garlic, can of soup, broth, worchester sauce and cheddar cheese and heat on low until simmered through. Place in oven proof dish.Peel potatoes and chop into 1 inch pieces. Boil until tender. Mash (I use mixer) with milk, garlic, and salt/pepper to taste. Spread on top of ground beef mixture.
