2 2/3 C flour
1 C water
2 Tbsp canola oil
1 pkg yeast
1 tsp sugar
4 oz mozzarella cheese
6 oz sargento italian cheese
1/2 C tomato sauce
1 1/2 oz pepperoni


How Do I Make My Pizza?

Here is how you make My Pizza:

Add yeast to warm water and sugar. Let sit 10 minutes/til foamy. Meanwhile place flour in bowl with whatever spices you like (I use garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano, and pepper flakes). Make a well and add oil. Pour yeast mix over flour and mix together. If too sticky add 1 T of flour. Knead for 5 minutes and place in greased bowl. Cover and let raise 1 1/2-2 hours. Flatten on pizza stone that has been greased with oil and add toppings. Bake @ 375 for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbly.
