Mix water and yeast until yeast dissolves. Using food processor, mix flour, yeast mixture, spices, olive oil, and salt until soft dough forms, adding extra water if needed.Pat dough onto a pizza pan. Spread spaghetti sauce on top of dough. Sprinkle ground beef, mushrooms, and bacon bits on top of sauce. Layer cheese on top of that.
