Preaheat oven to 400* mix flour, sugar, salt, yeast and first set of spices. add water and oil. stir with fork until it forms a ball. then put on lightly floured surface and kneed until smooth and elastic (about 3-4 minutes) Cover and let rest 10 minutes.Place dough on pizza pan and spread to within 1 inch of the edge. top with tomato paste then spinkle with 2nd set of spices. top with cheese (sliced or shredded your choice) then add the rest of the toppings.Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until crust is gloden brown.Number of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user MANDAMIEE.
