8oz tomato sauce
1 egg
3/4 c oats

1tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

How Do I Make Pizza Loaf?

Here is how you make Pizza Loaf:

Miss all ingredients together in a bowl except mozarella cheese. Spray 12 muffin tins with EVOO spray. pack each tin halfway full, sprinkle with mozarella cheese and then cover with the rest of the meat mixture to the top of each tin. Bake @ 350 approximately 35 minutes or until done. A serving is 2 "muffins". Can also just use a loaf pan (like meatloaf) and bake for approximately 1 hour until done.
