Here is how you make Personal Pepperoni Pita Pizza:

Spread tomato sauce around the pita. Top with pepperoni followed by cheese. Sprinkle garlic powder and oregano on the top (this is important...it adds a lot of flavor). Bake in oven at 425 for about 5 - 6 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges of pita are browning). I use a baking stone so that the "crust" turns out nice and crisp. Each pita is one serving. You can adjust the amount of cheese to lower the fat and calories, or skip the pepperoni and add spinach and mushrooms, or a topping of your choice instead.
