Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. I microwave the chopped celery but you can boil it too. Save any water. Cook the rice. I use long cooking. My mom always used minute rice. Season the meat with salt & pepper and the curry powder. Add the milk, cream of mushroom and the cooked celery. Mix. Add the rice when done.
