3cups brown minute rice
1 tube(roll) turkey Italian sausage
1 tube(roll) ground hamburger
4 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup yellow sweet corn
1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots mix
1/2 cup frozen green beans
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. no salt seasoning (optional)

Here is how you make Desi's Fried Rice:

cook the brown rice in a sauce pan so its ready to throw in with the rest of the ingredients. while rice is cooking brown the ground beef and turkey sausage together. drain all fat out of it and put back into the pan. add corn, green beans, peas and carrots to warm them threw and then add rice when done cooking and add the soy sauce and onion and garlic powder. i add in 1 tsp of no salt seasoning for a little more flavor. you can serve either by its self or as a side dish.
