4 cups cooked brown (I make 1.5 C brown rice w/ 3 C water)
1 can Black Beans, drained
2 cans diced tomatoes
2T chili powder
1 T cumin

Here is how you make Mexican Hamburger Rice Skillet:

Brown the hamburger and onions (drain if needed), add cooked rice, beans and tomatoes, add the spices. May have to add a small amount of water if needed. I like to serve it topped with cheese, green onions and sour cream and have multi-grain tortilla chips on the side. (Not included in calorie count) The original recipe calls for a can of green chilies, but I leave that out.
