Here is how you make Wild Rice Quiche:

Cook wild rice and set aside. Heat oven to 450? Prepare pastry and line glass pie pan. Bake about 5 minutes. Remove from oven; cool pastry. Reduce oven temp to 375?F. Sprinkle wild rice, ham, and cheese in pastry shell. In small skillet, melt butter; add onions, garlic and green pepper. Cook and stir until onions are soft, 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle over ingredients in pastry shell. Beat eggs, whipping cream, fresh ground pepper and wild rice seasoning together. Pour over mixture in pastry shell.
