Spray an electric skillet with Pam. Add vegetables & onions let cook for about 10 minutes. In the meantime prepare 2 cups of rice in 2 cups of water according to instructions on the box. Add sliced smoked sausage, cooked rice, broth and seasoning to the skillet with the vegetables and onions and continue to cook for about 5 minutes; turn down to simmer for 10 minutes.
