Here is how you make Chili-Beef Salad:

Mix dressing ingredients together and set aside.Slice beef into thin bite-size pieces. Preheat wok over high heat and add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Stir fry green pepper, onion, and chili powder in wok for 2-3 minutes. Remove vegetables and add meat, cook for 3-5 minutes until cooked thoroughly. Add vegetables and and dressing back into the wok and heat through. Add torn greens and mushrooms. Toss for 1 minute or until lettuce wilts slightly.
