Trim fat from steak, Slice steak diagonally across grain into eighth inch wide strips. Coat nonstick skillet with a little cooking oil. Place over medium heatuntil hot. Add steak; cook 3 minutes or until browned. Drain and pat pan dry. Wipe drippings from skillet with a paper towel.Coat skillet the cooking oil. Add mushrooms,onions, and garlic; saute until tender. Combine Worcestershire sauce and cornstarch in a small bowl, stirring until smooth. Stir in water and the other ingredietes. Add water mixture to mushroom mixture, and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until mixture in thickened. Add steak, and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
