2 med size onions chopped finely
1.5 tsp of pepper, no salt garlic spice, oregano, basil
1 6oz can tomato paste
1 10oz can tomato sauce (no salt added)
1 16oz bottle of PC Roasted Potobello sauce
1 20oz can crushed tomatoes
pinch of cayenne
1tsp Worcestershire sauce

Here is how you make Healthy Spaghetti Sauce with lots of veggies and beef:

Heat large cooking pot and add a few table spoons of water brown the beef. The more you stir and break up the beef the smoother the sauce will be, if you like chunky bits then break up less. Add the carrots when the beef is almost browned. Cook like this for 10 mins then add in the onions and all the spices. Cook for 5 more mins then add in the rest of the ingredients. Really simple and speedy pasta that my whole family loves.
