Heat large skillet-- cook beef, onion, bell pepper and zucchini. Cook until beef browns.Stir in marinara sauce and fennel-- along w/ about half a jar of additional water. (Extra water in the recipe means no need to pre-cook the noodles!)Preheat oven to 375. Spread 1/4 of meat mixture in 9x13" pan. Top w/ 3 noodles, spread w/ 1/2 cup of ricotta. Repeat layering twice, ending w/ meat.Cover w/ foil and bake 50 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle w/ mparmesan, and bake until heated through & cheeses are browned-- about 20 minutes.
