Here is how you make BBQ Sauce Meat Loaf:

Saute onions and peppers until tender. Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and press the mixture into the loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove and brush a little bbq sauce on the top and return to the oven for 10 more minutes. You may also use ground turkey meat.
