Brown beef in skillet with italian seasonings, sale and pepper. Add chopped onion. When onion is translucent, add spinach and garlic. When spinach is cooked down, add tomatoes. Allow to simmer for about 20 minutes. Near the end of the cooking process, stir in 1 oz of laughing cow cheese. Serve over pasta (not included in calories).
