The ingredients for Skinny Burritos are:


1 Small Package Extra Lean Ground Beef
1 Cup Onion
1 Cup Black Beans
1 Cup Bell Peppers
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Package Taco Seasoning
2 Tbsp Water

3/4 Cup Tbsp Salsa
3/4 Cup Low Fat Cheese
1 Jalapeno Pepper

Cooking Spray- For greasing dish.

3 Cups Lettuce, Shredded
6 Tomato Slices, diced

**6 Tortillas- Not included in Nutritional Information because they all differ so much, make sure to add them yourself.

How Do I Make Skinny Burritos?

Here is how you make Skinny Burritos:

Pre heat oven to 375 degrees.Cook ground beef and onions until beef is cooked through, add beans, peppers, garlic and cook until heated through. Add Taco seasoning and water.After mixture is cooked fill 1 tortilla with 1/6 of mixture, 2 Tbsp of salsa, 2 Tbsp of cheese and Jalapenos. Repeat with remaining 5 tortillas. Spray an oven proof dish with cooking spray and add rolled tortillas to the dish seem side up.Put in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are browned.Serve with lettuce and tomatos.
