Preheat slow cooker on high. Put potatoes in the bottom of the cooker. They should be a coarse chop, one inch cubes. Peel if you like or leave the skin on.In a frying pan on the stove, cook bulk sausage and onions. Drain off most of the fat then pour over potatoes in the cooker. Top with grated carrots and then peppers. Do NOT stir. Pour miso over top.Cook on high for 3 hours until soft. Stir ingredients together and season as desired.
