1/2 t salt
1/2 t black pepper
3 C beef broth

*1/8 C cornstarch mixed with water to thicken

In large skillet saut? onion, garlic and mushrooms in oil. Add beef lightly brown meat. Add flour, salt & pepper. Stir to mix and lightly brown flour. Add beef broth, wine and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to boil. Reduce heat cover and simmer 1 1/2- 2 hours. May thicken with cornstarch before serving.
