Slow cook pork baby back ribs with seasonings and 1 can or small bottle of Salsa Verde for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. When pork is close to being done, roast pablano on parchment lined cookie sheet at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Place roasted pablanos in bag to sweat. Deseed and chop into small pieces. Place pork, chopped pablano, chopped onion, corn, black beans, 2 remaining Salsa Verde, and above seasonings to taste. Cook until onions are clear. About 30 minutes. Serve over rice and enjoy.
