Here is how you make Heavenly Potato Soup:

Chop onions, garlic, celery and bacon. Put in 3-5qt dutch oven. Cook on Med-high heat until onions are tender and bacon is cooked. Add chicken broth and potato. Simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Mix flour into the cup of milk and add slowly to the pot. Return pot to a boil, take off heat immediately when thickened.
