4 cups chicken stock
1--12oz. can evaporated milk (whole)

Here is how you make Pork and Spinach Soup:

Brown pork, drain and set asideCook frozen spinach, drain well and set asideMelt butter in large pot, add onion and carrot and saute for 7--10 minutes. Add flour and nutmeg and mix well to form a loose paste. Slowly add chicken bullion, stirring frequently. Add skim milk and continue cooking on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently until smooth and thickened. Add evaporated milk, pork, spinach and squash. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, until squash is tender.
