What Are The Ingredients For Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe?

The ingredients for Spaghetti Bolognese are:

half a large onion or a whole small one, diced.
500g ground beef (mince for Australians)
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
160g grated carrot
150mL (very approximate) red wine (I rinse the tomato tins out with this)
800g (2 cans) tomatoes
180 g grated zucchini (or mushrooms, or both)


How Do I Make Spaghetti Bolognese?

Here is how you make Spaghetti Bolognese:

Soften onion and crushed garlic in a tablespoon or just over of warm olive oil oil in a large pan, add mince (or ground beef) and stir fry until brown.Add grated carrot and canned tomatoes, rinse tomato tins with a good 'slosh' of red wine (about 150mL) and add this. Stir and cook for 5 mins before adding zucchini. Stir and put the lid on (if you have one, if not just watch the liquid and add water if it becomes too dry) and leave for at least 20 mins or longer.
