1 T canola oil
2 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
3/4 lb ground pork
1/4 c chopped onion
2 green onions (~1/4 c), sliced thinly

Here is how you make Chinese Spaghetti:

Mix sauce: tomato sauce, beef broth, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, curry powder, chili paste & sugar.Mix cornstarch with 1 Tbsp water.Cook noodles as directed on package.Meanwhile, make meat sauce: heat oil in pan, cook ginger, garlic, pork & onion until meat is browned. Drain off excess fat. Add sauce & bring to a boil, simmer for 3 minutes. Add cornstarch & cook until sauce is thickened. Mix in edamame & garnish with green onions immediately before serving.
