8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 TBS olive or vegetable oil
1 medium bell pepper cut into strips
2-2 1/2 cups skim milk
2 TBS flour
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp Italian seasoning
3/4 lb cooked ham, cut into strips or cubed
1-10 oz pkg frozen peas, thawed
Grated Parmesan cheese


How Do I Make Spaghetti Primavera?

Here is how you make Spaghetti Primavera:

Cook pasta according to package directions. In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook mushrooms and onion in oil until tender. Reduce heat to medium; add bell pepper. Cook until tender, about 2 minutes. Mix milk, flour, bouillon and Italian seasoning until smooth. Add to skillet, cook and stir until slightly thickened. Add ham(this is optional if you want to keep it vegetarian), peas and cooked pasta, heat through. Serve immediately with Parmesan cheese. Serving Size: Makes 4-6 servings.
