4 oz bacon
5 garlic cloves, chopped
1 med onion, chopped
crushed red pepper, to taste
28oz crushed tomatoes
2 Tbsp parsley, chopped

1. Bring large pot of water to boil for pasta; once boiling, cook pasta until tender.2. While pasta's cooking, heat a large skillet Md/High heat. Add 1 Tbsp EVOO and bacon, sautee 2 min. 3. Add onion, garlic and crushed red pepper, cook 7 min or until onions are soft. 4. Add tomatoes, parsley and let simmer until pasta is finished.5.
