1 tsp paprika
1 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp cinnamon
8 fl oz White Wine
4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
2 cup, cubes Winter Squash
6 cup Leeks
1.5 cup Chick Peas
2 tbsp Horseradish
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp chopped parsely

This should be the loose, crumbly chorizo. Set aside when done.Cook the pork butt in the chorizo grease. Set aside when done.Add 1-2 tsp oil to pan. Start with garlic. Add onion, carrots, and celery, cook until soft. Add spices. Cook 2-3 min.Add wine. Stir around, scrape burny bits off the bottom. Let boil until liquid volume is down by half. (After this transfer to oven vessel, if using skillet).Add stewing liquid. Add meats.Stew for about an hour.Add potatoes and leeks.Stew for another half an hour.Add squash.Stew for another half hour to hour.Remove, add chick peas, parsely, horseradish, and vinegar.
