11 oz can vacuum-packed corn

16 oz jar salsa

How Do I Make Tex-Mex Stew?

Here is how you make Tex-Mex Stew:

Brown ground beef with onions and garlic in dutch oven. Drain. Return to to pot and add beef broth, corn, chili powder and cumin. Bring to boil. Meanwhile, stir the tablespoon of flour into the salsa. When stew is boiling, add salsa/flour mixture. Return to boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 4-6 servings**I serve this with baked tortilla chips and usually get at least 6 servings out of this recipe.
