How Do I Make Mexican Stir-Fry?

Here is how you make Mexican Stir-Fry:

Generously season pork or beef with garlic powder. Brown meat in a deep pan using tbsp of oil. When almost cooked all the way through, add chopped small onion. Add finely shredded cabbage and stir fry all the way through. Cover and let simmer. After five minutes add water and soy sauce. Stir, cover and let simmer some more.
