1 pound Cube Steak cut into bite size pieces
1 head bok choy
6 teaspoons canola oil
1 cup stir fry sauce ( see below)




Stir fry sauce
8 tsp corn starch
4 tsp lite soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
4 tbsp cooking sherry

Mix all sauce ingredients together in a small bowl until dissolved. Set aside. Make sure to mix again before adding to skillet.

Wash bok choy and cut leaves from stems. Shred leaves, chop stems into 1/4 inch pieces.Heat large skillet with 2 tsp oil until HOT. Remove bok choy from skillet.Pour remaining oil into skillet and heat. Add meat and brown, stirring occasionally.
