Slice peppers in half, clean out, cut off stem. place raw peppers in 13x9 baking dishes.Boil brown rice, drain. Add rice, corn, tomatoes with green chilis, diced tomatoes (drained) and one can of tomato sauce to cooked ground beef. Stir all ingredients together. Place mixture into hollowed out peppers placed in 13x9 baking dishes. Top prepared peppers with remaining can of tomato sauce. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Makes 12 pepper halves (2 per person).
