1 med onion, chopped
1 10 oz can corn, drained
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
3 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
1 clove garlic, minced
2-3 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Here is how you make Mock Stuffed Peppers:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Salt and pepper hamburger, then brown. While hamburger is browning, chop bell pepper and onion. Drain fat from hamburger. In a medium pot, Saute bell pepper and onion in a splash of olive oil until tender. Add garlic, corn, Worcestershire sauce, spaghetti sauce, and hamburger to vegetables. Pour mixture into a 2 qt baking dish or three pot-pie tins (1 cup mixture per tin). Bake for 25 minutes and then add cheese. Return to oven and bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is bubbly.
