1 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato
1 cup Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese


How Do I Make Simple Stuffed Peppers?

Here is how you make Simple Stuffed Peppers:

Preheat oven to 400 degreesHalve the peppers vertically, remove seeds and stems, and place open side up on a baking tray. Bake for 8-10 minutes to start to soften them. While the peppers bake, brown the beef and add in whatever seasoning you like (I generally add onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, but even a taco seasoning packet will do). Then stir in the beans, corn and tomatoes. Once thoroughly combined, add in the cheese, saving just a bit back to top each pepper. Once peppers come out of the oven, spoon the mixture into each of the open peppers. Be generous! Top with remaining cheese, and bake again for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
