Here is how you make Mom's Stuffing:

Cook sausage until done. Set aside in large bowl. Melt butter in pan and add celery & onion mix, cooking until translucent. About 5 minutes. Add to large bowl. Add cubed stuffing. Add chicken broth. Mix together. Add eggs one at a time. (Typically need 3-4 eggs.) Should be about the consistency of plaster. Pour into 9x13 glass pan. Bake at 375, covered for 20 minutes.
