Mix well. Add the pork and stir to coat. Set aside 30 minutes in marinade.Coat a non-stick skillet wit6h spray and place over medium-high heat. Add the Pork and marinade, Cooking, stirring, for 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center. Add onions, red peppers, and green peppers. Cook, stirring for 3 min or until crisp tender. Place the cornstarch in a medium bowl. Add the soy sauce and vinegar. Stir until smooth. Stir in the pineapple (with Juice) and brown sugar. Add to the skillet. Bring to a boil.
