Brown 2 lbs. ground meat and stir in 2 packages of taco seasoning, one package of Ranch dressing mix and 10 oz Rotel.Stir in one 16 oz can drained pinto beans & one 15 oz can drained & rinsed black beans. Heat thoroughly or put in crockpot to warm over several hours. If you plan to keep it warm for several hours, then reserve some of the pinto bean juice in case recipe begins to dry out. You can add a can of drained corn to this, but my family doesn't care for it that way. Serve alone with tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream or over shredded lettuce.Yields 10 cups
