Here is how you make Taco Burger:

In a small bowl, combine ground beef and 1/4 c. salsa. Form into a patty. Heat 2/3 tsp. oil in a medium nonstick saute' pan and saute' patty until cooked through. In a second nonstick saute' pan, heat remaining oil. Place beans, garlic, 1/4 c. salsa, onion, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, and water in second saute' pan. Cook until heated through.
