In a blender, puree the tomatillos, jalapeno, garlic, and lime juice until smooth. Over medium high heat, in a large saute pan, saute the onions and potatoes for 2-3 minutes. Add the stock, ground beef, and tomatillo sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 25-30 minutes. Uncover, add the cumin and simmer until most of the liquid is gone.
