1 pkg McCormicks Meat loaf seasoning
1 Cup Oatmeal
1 Cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 Cup Salsa
2.5 lbs ground beef (or turkey)
1 can Tomato Sauce


How Do I Make Half Veggie Meatloaf?

Here is how you make Half Veggie Meatloaf:

Peel carrots and sweet potato, and rough chop into large chunks carrots, sweet potato, and celery. Place in a pot with water and boil for 20 minutes until soft. Drain and place vegetables in a food processor. Blend until combined. Add 1 pkg meatloaf seasoning and 1 C. dry oatmeal and salsa. Blend until combined. Add the mixture to the ground beef or turkey. Add bread crumbs and mix until fully combined. Spray a large baking dish with cooking spray and place meatloaf mixture into dish. Shape into a loaf and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees 50-55 minutes. Remove foil and top meatloaf with tomato sauce. Return to oven and continue baking 10-15 minutes.
