Serves 4Put 0.5 tbsp oil in a pan and heat. Chop the onion and gently fry until light brown. Add ground beef and mix together. Cook until beef is nicely browned.Meanwhile chop carrot and potato. Place in a large saucepan and half fill saucepan with water. Add seasoning to taste. Cook on a medium heat.When beef is cooked add to vegatables and continue to simmer for 10mins.
