Add the sugars and pulse to combine.In a double boiler, melt the chocolates together. Add to the food processor, and then let it run for 4 minutes longer, scraping down the sides halfway through. Sift together the cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda and add to the processor mixture, pulsing to combine.Bake for 60 - 70 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
